Corrections

Our policy

When we get something wrong, we say so here — plainly, permanently, and in one place. Corrections are never silently edited away. Each entry records what we published, what was wrong, what the correct information is, and when we fixed it.

To report an error, open an issue on this project's public repository or contact the editor. Reports about records naming an individual are treated as urgent.
